  - Skin conditions such as eczema, psoriasis, or dermatitis in the treatment area

  - Heart conditions or pacemakers

  - Use of blood-thinning medications

- If there is uncertainty regarding eligibility, the Client should consult with a doctor before proceeding.

3. Patch Test and Allergies

- A patch test is recommended 48 hours prior to the procedure to check for allergic reactions.

- Clients who waive the patch test acknowledge the risks involved and accept full responsibility.

- If an allergic reaction occurs after the procedure, the Client agrees that the technician is not liable for any complications.

4. Pre-Procedure Guidelines

- Avoid alcohol, caffeine, and blood-thinning medications (e.g., aspirin, ibuprofen) 48  hours before the appointment.

- Avoid retinol, acids, and exfoliating treatments on the treatment area for at least one week prior.

- Clients must not have sunburn at the time of the procedure.

- Lip procedures require pre-care, especially for Clients prone to cold sores (antiviral medication may be recommended).

5. The Procedure

- The technician will discuss the desired shape, color, and overall expectations before proceeding.

- A numbing agent will be applied to minimize discomfort, but some sensitivity may still occur.

- The procedure typically lasts between 2 to 3 hours, depending on the treatment.

6. Healing and Aftercare

- Clients must follow the provided aftercare instructions to ensure proper healing.

- The healing process typically lasts 4-6 weeks, during which:

  - The treated area may appear darker before fading.

  - Scabbing, flaking, or peeling may occur.

  - It is essential to avoid touching, picking, or scratching the area.

  - Clients should avoid swimming, saunas, and excessive sweating for at least 7-14 days.

  - Direct sun exposure and tanning beds should be avoided.

  - Makeup and skincare products should not be applied to the treated area until fully healed.

  - Atfercare balm will be given to you post treatment. This should be applied sparingly, and with a clean finger twice a day.

7. Touch-Up Policy

- A touch-up appointment is required 4-8 weeks after the initial session.

- Clients must schedule their touch-up within the recommended timeframe to achieve optimal results.

- Touch-up costs are included in the initial price of treatment.

8. Results and Expectations

- Results vary based on skin type, lifestyle, and adherence to aftercare.

- Semi-permanent makeup is not guaranteed to be completely symmetrical or identical, as facial features are naturally asymmetrical.

- Pigments fade over time, and additional touch-ups may be required to maintain the desired look. The guideline for a refresher appointment is usually 12-18 months after your treatment. This will vary depending on how well your skin holds the pigment.

9. Contraindications and Refusal of Service

  - The technician reserves the right to refuse service if the Client:

  - Has undisclosed medical conditions that may pose a risk.

  - Arrives under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

  - Displays inappropriate or disrespectful behavior.

  - The technician may stop the procedure at any time if deemed necessary for safety reasons.

10. Cancellations, Rescheduling, and No-Show Policy

- A non-refundable booking fee will be required to secure an appointment.

- Clients must provide at least 48 hours' notice for rescheduling or cancellations.

- No-shows or late cancellations will result in the forfeiture of the booking fee.

- Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule and pay a new deposit.

11. Refund Policy

- Due to the nature of the service, no refunds will be issued once the procedure has been performed.

- The technician is not responsible for Client dissatisfaction due to personal preference or failure to follow aftercare instructions.

12. Liability and Consent

- The Client understands that semi-permanent makeup is a cosmetic tattoo procedure and that results are not guaranteed.

- The Client releases the technician from any liability related to undesired results, allergic reactions, infections, or other complications arising from the procedure.

- The Client agrees to have photographs taken before and after the procedure for documentation and potential marketing purposes (unless explicitly declined in writing).

13. Agreement

By booking and undergoing the procedure, the Client acknowledges they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. The Client also confirms that they have been informed of potential risks and have provided accurate medical history information.
